Dole Whip copycat

In a blender mix:

2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks

8oz of whipped topping (I like truwhip)

3 tablespoons of honey

6oz of pineapple juice

1 cup of frozen vanilla yogurt

Whip until light and fluffy! Enjoy! It was so good we made two batches and froze one to have more at a later date.

Peanut butter frosting and a little excitement

I recently tried a new peanut butter icing recipe. It was amazing so I had to share.

Peanut butter icing:

Mix 2.5 cups of powdered sugar, 1 cup of smooth peanut butter, 1/2 cup of softened butter (not melted), and 2 tbs of milk. Add milk as needed. Mix with your electric mixer until smooth. Enjoy!

Oh and the excitement part is that little dude is going to be a big brother 😍 to a little lady!

Paw Patrol 4th Birthday

Caden turned four back in March. We had is party at the local kid's museum and it was a hit. I loved not hosting at the house. 😄

Caden's party was on Saturday and his actual birthday was Sunday so of course he had to have a cake on his birthday in addition to all the sugar he consumed the previous day.

"Sweet as a Peach" Baby Shower

This Spring, I helped host a baby shower for my dear friend who was naming her baby Georgia. We had a "sweet as a peach" themed shower. We had peach bellinis and peach danishes. The favor was peach jam in mini jars. It was perfect.
